When the goods value in the job is below NZD1000.00, then the job will be auto set to “write off”, and the Request Write-Off option will be set to Y on the TSW Cargo Report Export screen.
The cargo report for low value goods is sent from the Consol.
1. Chck the goods value on the job screen.
2. from Consolidation screen, click on the TSW Cargo Report.
3.The data for the TSW Cargo Report will be populated for you from the jobs. Always double check the data is complete though.
- The aqua coloured fields are mandatory, but you will also need to ensure the Payment Method field has been completed.
- Use the arrow buttons at the top to move through each of the jobs to check the data is correct and all required fields are completed.
- The Write-Off option has been set to Y automatically.
4. Once you selected the payment method, click on send message.
5. Under PIN declaration click the Low Value checkbox.
6.Click on the message history tab. The message history is divided into 3 sections:
- Sent messages
- Received messages
- Error messages
Double click on a message line to display the message in the Message Text panel.
