Fields to Meet EU-ICS2 Requirement for Air Cargo (AU/NZ)

Overview

The electronic data should be in compliance with the following new EU-ICS2 requirements:

1. A 6-digit Harmonized Commodity (HS) Code is mandatory in the MAWB for direct shipments and in every HAWB for consolidation shipments. For direct shipments with more HS codes than can fit in the Ratings section the most significant ones (by volume, weight) should be provided. A list of WTO HS codes can be found here: https://ifcbaa-tariff.com/ under HS EN section.

2. Provide complete and specific data such as the goods description, at the MAWB and HAWB level

3. Consignee EORI is optional, but if not provided, the full Consignee Address must be provided, including the ZIP code

**NOTE - 

1. Each Airline may have slightly different requirement. We can only ensure the message meets CCN Requirement and display the response generated by CCN
