Known Issues to Be Aware Of

some issues may also stem from client-side factors:
- Network and Local Machine Limitations: Problems may arise from VPNs, ISP DNS, firewall restrictions, group policy settings, or antivirus interference. Firewalls must allow access to TradeWindow Software.
- Email Restrictions: Login requires a valid TW-provided email. Non-TW emails can result in authentication failures.
- Session Handling: Inactive sessions will automatically log users out after 20 minutes. This is a security feature.
- Ending session: Log out of both Freight and Parallels. If a user logs out of Parallels but not the Freight Platform, they may remain “stuck” as logged in, preventing re-entry until the session clears.
