ICS Portal Update New Email Address and Email Preference

In the ICS, all changes to client records are performed from the Client Summary View Screen via CI


Contact Tradewindow Support for a New Email Address


Update Email Address

1. Access the Customs Interactive facility at https://www.ccf.customs.gov.au or select the hyperlink emailed to you by Customs. the customs Interactive home page displays

2. From the main menu, click on ICS Production

3. From the main menu, click on Client and then Click on Summary. the client Summary Screen displays.

4.Click on EDI Site on the left hand corner

5.Click on hyper link underneath the EDI Site Name

6. Details on below screen should be amended


Header

Client Main Name - Name of Company

ABN - Company ABN number

Software Developer Name - Tradewindow 

Create Date - Date it was created

Client Status - Active


Details

EDI Site ID - Company EDI Site ID

Interaction Preference - Interact with Customs Via EDI Software an the web

EDI Site Name - Company Name (Default)

Text E-mail Address - cus-company@tradewindow.io (email Provided by tradewindow) 

EDI E-mail Address - cus-company@tradewindow.io (email Provided by tradewindow)

EDI Reply Preference - SENDER

Format Preference - EDI

Maximum Message Count - 100

Maximum Time Period (Seconds -  240

EDI Site Status - ACTIVE

Start Date - DD/MM/YYYY eg 29 MAY 2022
