Overview
A DigiCert Gatekeeper certificate lets you interact with ICS via Web Browser or EDI Software. This allow you to lodge import/export declarations and cargo reports, amend EDI messages, check cargo statuses.
Things to check before you request change
Email alert has been sent to all outlook 365 domain users of the incoming permanent change for basic authentication turn off by Microsoft on the 1st of October, 2022 by Tradewindow. If you have received the email and you have Office 365 email domain registered with DigiCert for messaging , the change to update email should be actioned.

Step 1
Contact New Email Address Provider (Tradewindow Support)
Tradewindow team will create email address and will provide you details on the new email address to provide to Digi Cert
Step 2
Contact Digi Cert
Customer to contact Digi Cert via phone or E-mail. *NOTE* - you cannot do this change via Digi Cert portal

- Company ABN Number
- Digi Cert Account Number
-Enrollment ID
-Voucher ID

The certificate applicant will receive an email instructing them how to install their certificate.
