Modified on Tue, 22 Oct at 4:03 PM

Once all shipment details have been accurately entered, Export declaration can be sent to Customs.

Declarations must be sent on time to Customs otherwise penalties might apply.

Trade Single Window (TSW) General Information:

  • Do not use decimal places for weights (kgs), please use whole numbers only.
  • Packages and other key codes must be in upper case.
  • NZ Customs does not accept the carriage return character. Please do not use the carriage return in any fields, e.g., do not press Enter to move to a new line in a comments or description field.
  • Do not enter alpha characters in voyage fields as this causes an error with TSW.
